Under Account statistics; Computers; View reflects the 2 PC's we have running, however only one reflects credit while the second shows Zero credit.

Both PC's are linked to the same Project, Team and use the same main account (although each pc has a separate account number). Both are listed in account statistics under the proper team.

The team total credits has been sitting at the same total for over a week, although the recent average credit has been climbing when viewed from PC 1 which is a P4 3.4G 2CPU w/XP SP1. It is dedicated 100%.

The second PC is a P4 2.1G w/ XP SP1. Running 97.9797% on the project per the seti web site stats.

The total credits are not increasing on either PC nor on the seti site, again while the recent avg credit has been increasing for PC1. PC2 reflects the same total credits while only 2.96 recent avg credit are noted. The seti account stats reflect 0 / 0 for this 2nd PC.

Both are processing nearly 100% 24 hrs per day.

What can I do to remedy these issues? What can be done to verify / log all of the work units that are being processed and uploaded but not being credited?

Final point - there are no units hung up in Transfers or Work (ocassionally yes, but these upload once the servers are back on-line). Both PCs are pointed to the same project....

Be patient. No one has had WUs counted since around 8/3. The BOINC team has been wrestling with alligators for the past 3-4 weeks, retooling the project infrastructure so that it can accomodate the broad support they're getting from the likes of you and I.

They seem to have gotten WUs going in and out regularly again in the past few days. I'm sure WU scoring is on the to-do list. Keep your fingers crossed that the data didn't get lost :)
