Make the Graphics Window static!!

	I just wan't an option that this graphic window won't flicker around. I want to see what is written on th screen!! Please add this option to Project Prefs.

	Choose "custom" and edit the graphic preferences and set the oscillation periods to zero. Not quite the classic look but a lot easier to read... -- <p>Regards, Paul - Just slowly BOINCing along...</p>
