My results page and the pending credits both say they are temporarily disabled. Consequently, I don't know if my account is working correctly.

Can anything be done about this, or do I need to delete my old account and create a new one?

That info will appear as soon as the server problems are sorted out finally.

Creating a new account won't do anything. They are disabled for everybody.

When will that be?? These two areas have never - as far as I have noticed - been activated! Ever since I saw that we could choose to move to BOINC and I did I have never seen anything but 'Temporarily disabled in these.

Just hoping that all the results I have submitted will finally be granted some credit.

There are, I'm sure, very many people who would like to know the answer to that one! - I'm afraid that at the moment we just don't know...
