I have been crunching for about 2 weeks now and both of my credits are at zero. Is there something wrong

Apparently the credits are being held up until the main problems have been ironed out and then they'll show up.

Two reasons for this:

1. Under BOINC, you only get credits when 2 other people have processed the same work unit (and got matching results). That can take a while; they were expecting that it might be up to 2 or 3 weeks at times. Until then, WU's you report sit as "pending credits". (And the screen to show pending credits is currently shut down, to reduce the load on the servers.)

2. Currently, there are a lot of problems with the system. It's been down more than up recently. And as soon as it comes up, it gets hammered by all the computers out there which promptly login and try to upload completed results, and request more work units. Which immediately uses up all the available work units. Plus, right now, most of the hardware is still dedicated to the Classic SETI@home project, but many people are switching to the BOINC version, so the BOINC hardware is quite overloaded.

So right now, it's quite likely that they haven't yet had the 2 matching results for your work units. Someone out there may have computed the same work unit, but not yet been able to upload that result. Or the work unit may not have been issued to any other users yet, due to the server problems. Or 3 users may have completed this work unit & uploaded their results, but the process to match them up, verify them, and issue credits to all 3 users has not completed yet. (I think that process has been given lower priority lately, due to the server overload.)

There is nothing wrong with what you have done. [There IS something wrong at the SETI site. Namely some severe server overload, and various other technical problems.] But you computed the work units, and uploaded your results fine. Your credits are there, "pending", and will eventually show up in your account. (Once we get past these recent problems). In the meantime, just continue to process work units when you can get them, and upload the results. You might want to consider adding another project to your BOINC setup. Then if one project is having problems, you can process work from the other one. Right now, the only other active BOINC project is Predictor@Home, http://predictor.scripps.edu/.
