I am using the beta Seti/Boinc v3.22 from Predictor's site and keep 5 days work on hand. I noticed that when one project is finished it shows "Ready to report" but doesn't actually report...does it wait until the reporting deadline to do that? (09/03 in this case)
Peter Toronto, Canada
|

Peter, It will report the next time it contacts the server for more work, when it approaches the deadline (deadline less than 24 hours??), or you can manually force a report by using 'update'. --
Regards, Paul - Just slowly BOINCing along...
|

Be patient, in due time all the pieces of the puzzle will come together. Take a look this thread...
By the way, I do think its not a good idea to mix Predictor's releases and use them on Seti's as long as they haven't set a more recent version online. They (the team) must have their reasons for not setting v3.22 downloadable for the moment... It could screw things up on their (Seti) side... Greetings to all die hard BOINC-ers over the world from Belgium ;-)) |
