I"m running 3.19 currently. For days, it has not been able to send the completed packet, nor get a new one. I've tried to download the 3.20 software but can't get it.

Is the system still down partially?

You can download the 3.20 client here from the Predictor site...

But I doubt that you can do much with it at the moment.

You will NEVER get 3.19 to download anything. 3.19 is an obsolete version and the system knows it. Download 3.20 and it should be smooth sailing (I just checked out the download site and it is working fine).
