From the website it looks like everything is working at your end, but my uploads are failing and I can't get any new work.

I have version 3.20 and are running on both a work and home machine.

All quite "normal" it's sad to say. Take a look at the many other posts along the same lines as yours. Eventually the server will come back up ;)
