I have not recieved any new credits for the past two or three weeks. However I noticed that those in the top twenty constantly hve their stats updated. Do we small people not count??
also the "pending credits" and "results" pages never have worked for me, What are they for?

The "pending credits" page used to show you how many credits you are sitting on, and from which WUs. (Freshly reported WUs would show up on your pending list until the credit was granted)

The "results" page gave you detailed info on each WU you have completed, or have been sent.

I don't think there is any real bias against the smaller users, however most of the top crunchers run multiple computers so they have a better chance of getting production out of some of their computers.

They are turned off for me as well. It appears there are some that have it tuned on and some who have it turned off. My setiathome number of completed work units is completely different from the one shown in the boinc page. I have more than double the number shown. Many of the things that are supposed to work does not. This is *truely* an alpha program.

No, they are disabled for everybody, and have been since shortly after launch.

The snapshot of the S@H classic accounts was taken in the middle of May. There is no reason to have this auto-update, because the intention is that the two projects won't be running simultaneously. They are working on a script to take another snapshot when the classic project is turned off. Whether this will actually happen, I couldn't say.

Actually, the software works well for the most part. There are a few annoyances, but it functions. The problems we are seeing are support infrastructure problems. Not the BOINC software.

Same story over here. You know, I am really getting tired now of the way this project is evolving...
