Is SAH/BOINC alive, or dead? How can we determine this? Nils Bohr suggested that 'nothing exists until it is measured'. Perhaps we should find a ruler and measure the SAH project. Maybe then its wave function will collapse and we'll know once and for all whether it truly exists. Perhaps we could do this with the Easter Bunny and Santa Claus too. Meanwhile, Alice's search for the white rabbit continues apace, and in the topsy turvy world through the looking glass, disk failures in a RAID system corrupt databases... Forgive me - I think the disappointments of the last few weeks have affected my sanity. I wonder what predictions CPDN will come up with if they run as well as this next week...
