Still unable to download any WU's and have been trying since 9AM EDT today (8/19/04). Any ideas, anyone?

Hello Everyone,

Well it has been several days now and still no units will down load. I had to go back to the old seti for now.

I keep checking the the web site and here is what it says today.

August 19, 2004
The database has been restored and is being checked now. You may notice that message board posts made in the past week are now missing - this is because we had to fall back to an earlier copy of the database. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Well I must say if it is restored, check again.

Because this is what I get......

Key word in this is failed...........
I do not know why the problem is not fixed but maybe someone needs to step back and look at the whole picture, maybe you guys are overlooking something in your servers.

Well Best of luck, we are here and able to run those units, you only have to get them to us...

Mark

Sorry for the sarcasm...

Will do not good to try and upload those wu's...
I have detached and re-attached as per Matt's post.
Am waiting to see how long it will be now before I
get new work. Since Aug 11th I have crunched 90+ wu's
all for naught...

@perfesser...have to wait it out like the rest of us
