Having trouble with my mouse in Win2K, I hit reset and rebooted the machine. When it re-started all the unprocessed WUs that Boinc had downloaded were gone as was the S&H client program (setiathome_3.08_windows_Intelx86.exe and *.pdb). Records of the completed results were retained. Is this behavior by design or error?

sounds like you had a serious error occur. that is always the problem with not shutting windows down properly.

sounds like you will have to reinstall the boinc client.
