I just checked my credits and found out that they were set to zero. I logged on to the website and it shows 65.94 credit (which is what was there for about four weeks now - although I managed to download, process and upload about 20 to 25 workunits during the troubled times in te last couple days...) So I'm feeling I provide my computer time without being credited properly right now. I understand that there were some problems recently and I was willing to take the teething problems of switching to new environment. I do think however that there should be more information about what is going wrong and what is currently being fixed - and maybe it is better to tell the users not to use it and shut the whole thing down until the problems are solved and the community can expect at least that the resource they provide is acknowledged properly. My personal feeling is that if this is going on this way for two more weeks this way, I will quit participating in something I used to belive in a good thing to do. W. |

When your client can not connect for a while, the figures get set to ZERO. Dont worry, as soon as you connect for work, send in results etc... all your figures will show up as normal again. (Note this is curretnly happening cause the server is down - see NEWS on front page) --- Teamless? Drop by ours and have a look SETI Synergy, also checkout BOINC World/Team/Indiv Stats |

So the client downloaded some wus last night. and it downloaded the old credit again. It still doesn't move. I processed and uploaded at least two units since it started to work again and it still doesn't update the credit. I checked my account on the website and there it also shows no difference from where it was three weeks ago. I wouldn't call this normal.... W. |

They have been having server difficulties. The credit due should be granted eventually. |
