I am eagerly waiting for my Asus NCCH-DL and 3.0Ghz 2mb Irwindale to come in. Until then, can someone give me an idea of the processing times I can expect with this cpu? |

Try looking at some of the Stats sites, at least one has table on CPU's, or see Marisan's Reference Unit CPU time comparison I'm not sure if many Xeon's are listed though, note the reference unit takes more than 20% longer to crunch than normal units, and you need to compare to standard application. |

not sure about the Irwindales, but Prestonias at 2.8/800 512KB HT enabled run about 1h40m per result (4 threads) with Crunch3rs optimized SETI Science Application. |

I have a Xeon 3.2 GHz with 2 MB cache and it does with hyperthreading on 2 WU's in 41 minutes with Crunch3r's optimised Seti science app on Win XP. |
