The WU's for all my projects say they are running but they are not moving...nothing is happening . It says i am connected to local host and all projects. No error messages either. Just WU's are not running even though BOINC says they are.

Please check to see if your computer's processor is being utilized by checking Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Monitor. This program will tell you if your CPU is running at 100%. If so, then it is running, perhaps very slowly. If not, perhaps they are suspended while you work. You'd have to change this setting in your preferences in order for it to process while you use your computer.

If System Monitor is not installed, it can be installed through the Add/Remove Programs applet in Control Panel under Windows Setup.

You have a bunch of client errors. Some of them look like the bad work units that are going around.

Work units

Maybe if you post your computer specifications someone around here will recognize the problem.

If you don't have any work units that have been completed maybe you could try the "reset project" in the BOINC manger. It can be found under the "Projects" tab.

Warning though. Any work you have done and not reported or uploaded will be lost.

Sometime that will get it going again but use it sparingly.

Ok I rebooted the computer and all is well. The majority of the work units that were bad were ones I tried to download during the major outage. Projects are running...

ONE MORE QUESTION I tried to attach to a new BOINC project (SIMAP) and it will not let me type my e-mail address or password. I signed up at their site by creating a new account. Even when i select create a new account through BOINC it will not let me type or enter anything except the projects URL. Any suggestions?

I haven't' got a clue. Maybe try posting the question on the SIMAP Board or start a new thread here for that question. Maybe it is buried to deep here.
