The website has said the program is up for the last three or four hours but as recently as 15 minutes ago I am still unable to upload completed data or obtain any new work.

Turn it back on, please!!

It is up; Uploads are going in VERY SLOWLY and many attempts are dying.

After four+ days with the system COMPLETELY down, all the users are trying to connect at once. It's WAAAAY overloaded.

Keep trying; you'll get through.

I don't know if there are ANY work units available, though. :(
