When attempting to attach to project, http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/, and after entering in my username and password, the Boinc mangaer 'Fails to connect to server'. The correct user name and password were setup on the account. How can I fix this? Error occurs from Windows & Linux machines (v5.2.13)

Unfortunately, I still can't connect to the seti project. Every attempt gives a failure to connect to project error. Below is the message output;
