I have been experiencing some difficulty upgrading 3.19 to 3.20 on Windows 98x machines. When 3.20 install starts copying files, an error message box pops up and states:

"An Error occurred during move data process: -132"
"Component:"
"File Group:"
"File:"

If you restart the 3.20 install it will go through just fine.
No problems at all with W2k and WXP.
