Is it possible to set somehow? As I have experiences from S@H1 it hase effect to speed up one WU processing by about 15% if every WU is running on it's own CPU.
I checked in Task Manager and I see that both seti@home clients are running on both processor, which as I know and wrote above is not a good solution.

Not yet. This has been discussed, but it seems to help multi processors, and hurt hyperthreaded machines. So it needs to be an option somehow.

Are somewhere more details about it? Seems like my hyperthreaded P4 works well when I set processor affinity. I may write a tool which will try to keep processor affinity for client process (I did it for priority too, I like run it at BellowNormal insted of Idle) and do some tests in next days.
