Processor Affinity on multiprocessor computer

Is it possible to set somehow? As I have experiences from S@H1 it hase effect to speed up one WU processing by about 15% if every WU is running on it's own CPU. I checked in Task Manager and I see that both seti@home clients are running on both processor, which as I know and wrote above is not a good solution. Try WAP user info http://slavko.sk/wap/seti |

Are somewhere more details about it? Seems like my hyperthreaded P4 works well when I set processor affinity. I may write a tool which will try to keep processor affinity for client process (I did it for priority too, I like run it at BellowNormal insted of Idle) and do some tests in next days.
