it s not a hardware problem its a software problem
free apache,free sql,free boinc etc

...and once again, the software (boinc) is working good so far. What is not working is the stuff in the background...

Btw. with two projects, seti and predictor, I did very well in the last days...enough wu's to crunch..

I agree BOINC is doing just fine - its the Seti infrastructure which seems to be less than capable.

Just one point about the two projects - there are times when neither, for one reason or another, are supplying WU's. There is not a constant flow from either project and those outages sometimes overlap.

As for Windows in 1989 - I dont think it had these many outages.......ah the good old days

Ah yes.. I miss the days of Windows 3.0 riding on top of DOS 5 sometimes... The days when the OS didn't second guess you all the time ..
