> ...just a shame that although the message boards are here all of my crunchers > are laying around doing nothing :-/ > Ain't that the truth! I've been reading all of the posts about how new the project is and how we should be patient and I agree to an extent. It just seems that this project is not ready for prime time. There are a ton of computers sitting out here just waiting to do something. Yes, I know that I could switch back to SETI Classic, but I switched over when this became available and don't feel like going back to all 30+ computers to switch back to Classic and do it again when BOINC becomes dependable. Just venting my frustrations...this is not a slam on the folks trying to keep this thing running. |

Well my caches are half full (not half empty!). Since the site went up, my team received some credits. The rest (fresh WU's and uploading finished WU's) will follow soon, I guess. Yes, it is a little frustrating sometimes. But things will pick up, once they get that new thingy-gizmo online. ;-)

I've heard it'll solve all our troubles. And it makes good coffee too!

received my 1st WU since 07-17-04 just now. Meanwhile I've fed my farm with "FOLDING@HOME" data. Also a good project to work on. |
