Trying to setup my signature for the forums but I seem to have hit the character limit.

Here's the problem. The signature got cut off in the middle of a html tag. When going back to edit that signature the lower half of the page is now in the signature box including the link to submit the new signature changes so I can no longer edit anything on that page.

Please clear out my signature text in my profile, and implement some sort of validation check for the signature length. What is the character limit for signatures currently?

I've found away to edit the signature using another browser (Netscape on Redhat 7.2) and have fixed the signature problem.

There still needs to be a check that prompts if the signature is longer than the limit set by the project to avoid this problem.
