I lost half a night of surfing some time ago when someone posted a link

This is the first pumpkin that I've carved, as Halloween isn't a big celebration here in Australia.

P.S. How do I make my pumpkin appear - I've tried everything!

Halloween didn't used to be that big here (in England) either. We were the only family I knew that used to celebrate it when I was growing up. It's originally Irish/Scottish and Jack o lanterns used to be made from turnips.

Yes, I remember that here from my childhood, where my brother and his friends were getting turnips to carve from the local farmer. Then the tradition disappeared untill about 5 years ago, where it was imported from USA, as many other things such as Valentine's Day.
