I have an interesting anectdote to relate. It's a true story.

About ten years ago I was in the middle of a five years stint of homelessness, a quest I had set upon to reveal the basic core of Reality with all of its trappings stripped bare.

Anyway.

Homelessness is extremely boring, and it was in a state of such, one day, that I decided to create something, anything, out of literally nothing. I went out onto the balcony of my squat, and looked around for inspiration.

There was only the faint city hubbub and a pigeon on the chimney. The pigeon seemed as equally at a loss as me, and I continued staring at it, vaguely wishing.

And then, out of absolutley nowhere, another pigeon popped up against the first - it did not come in to land, it did not crawl up from the stack, and it wasn't an hallucination, as my hallucinations (I have schizophrenia) are always shadows and very fragmentary. Instead, this new bird had spiky, wet feathers and remained there in all vivid details for a few minutes.

I know energy can not be created nor destroyed (E = mc^2), but the thing is there was absolutely no proof of a breach in this Law. And without proof there is no state(ment). Except of course anectdotal evidence of someone mentally ill!

I still believe that I created ex nihilio.

Does anyone have a similar experience?

Have you met Miss Ariane yet? You should give that a try. I'll bet you two could find a lot to talk about.

I'm also starting to accept my own telepathy more, especially now that I've finally began 'Watership Down', with its early description of how a flock gains its telepathy for migration.

And no, I haven't met Miss Ariane. Is she Wiccan? Pagan?

I know she's not Breatharian or Scientologist because I asked. I don't know about Wiccan or Pagan, but she does seem to be right up your alley.

Does she believe in Magick? My other friends remain condescending on the topic. To quote Arthur C Clarke: "Any significantly advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic[k]."

Oh, you can find her on this board, mostly in her own threads, but she had her latest appearance in the UFO thread where she express some quite interesting, to put it mildly, some may even say outrageous, ideas.

Else you can find her over at the boards on the Einstein project. Maybe you will like to join her over there, you don't have to crunch the project to post over there, so you can just open an account and start posting! And don't mind what they say on the message board site, that only Einstein related things are allowed to be discussed over there, because specially Miss Ariane has posted a lot of non-Einstein project related topics, and she has obtained a certain status among the forum moderators as the board pet, so just go ahead!

So I'm sure you and her can exchange a lot of ideas, also related to Einstein's ideas over there! I have read Miss Ariane's thesis about time where she relate them to Einstein's ideas of time.

So, just go ahead, open an account on the Einstein project and start posting with Ariane exchanging your ideas over there! And again, nobody will mind over there, unlikely from here on the Seti boards, where people can be less tolerant, and the moderators at Einstein are Ariane's special friends, so they are very tolerant!

:-)

Oh yes! She's definitely spiritual! But as said earlier, go on the Einstein project, open an account and get to know her!

Thanks Fuzzy, I'll introduce myself tomorrow. As for now, I'm going to go to bed, as I've run out of ciggies and any current resources to acquire them. Night!

I think this is the beginning of something beautiful.
I can't wait to see how it all works out.

Matter is only one form of energy, matter can be changed to energy and energy to matter without violating the laws. E=MC^2 says that when matter is changed to energy it is a LOT of energy so going the opposite way would require massive amounts of it.
However, if you did create it you would be violating the agreement we all have not to do those things while here on this plane, so behave yourself.
It is also possible that the lonely pidgeon created a play mate.

This is an interesting topic if you allow yourself some romantic feelings on that behalf (which I normally don't with matters of spontaneous creation out of nothing, being a chemist and translating engineering texts a lot). But I sometimes find myself staring at some tiny things like biros or corn flakes trying to make them move. You never know...

Meaning: I'd rather agree to live in a world where by some kind of magical forces somebody is sometimes capable to violate E=mc^2 or the law of energy conservation (and do no harm with that) than being trapped in a world where pure rationalism and Time = money is the only valid equation. But it's just a wish, I am afraid.

Regards,

Christoph

You should have a look at my: '-/+E = +/-mc^2' at Seti Science, at this forum (-/+E = +/-m.-/+c^-/+n (?)) Just curious, and playing with fire - You should try LHC@Home; you get to help build the worlds biggest particle accelerator, and watch it unfold before your eyes (I've created 75 particles so far. Does anyone know if that's normal? I was just mucking around.

And, finally: just realised: E = +m(-/+i.c^-/+n)(?)

n = number of Fundamental Dimensions

They tried your mathematical formulas at LHC. The accelerator blew up. The way I understand it you'll be receiving a bill in the mail for aprox $300 Million Euros.
