State Road 303- Just over the hill from here Has been officially designated by the mayor of Lajas, Puerto Rico As 'The Extraterrestrial Highway'- It was no surprise to the populace, who are all the time seeing UFO's Right there in the neighborhood. The Powers That Be, understandably, in San Juan, Have rejected a plan to build a landing strip at taxpayer expence to entice the frequent visitors to swoop in for an extended visit.
