How long does it take you to complete a workload? It takes my computer about 24 hours.

Around 8 hours with a P3 933MHz running Linux,
1.5 hours with a P4 2.66GHz running Windows XP,
and 1.25 hours with an Athlon64 x2 3800+ running Windows XP x64 (which shows up here as Windows 2003).
Of course the dual core does 2 units in that time.
The Windows machines have optimized clients.

my machine does 2 work units (hyperthreaded) in just over 4 hours each (just under 5 hours total cpu time).

so far, I've been running the client on a P4/3.06 Ghz intel box for the last 3 days.... using unoptimized (default install) client software.

My 3700+ machine does a wu in @ 1 hour, give or take a few minutes. It is running an optimized client which cut its time just about in half. I am running a 2500+ machine also, it takes about 3 hours without an optimized client.

My AMD 64 3000+ overclocked to 2 ghz does a WU in about 1.33 hours, sometimes less. I can Overclock more but i decided not to anymore, but when i had it at 2.1 ghz it did it about 10 minutes quicker.

My AthlonXP + 3000 running windows xp. Not optimized client. Takes about 2 hours 45 minutes.

Have a celeron 2.4 gig running windows xp takes I think about 4 hours. It's not on much so am not certain.

I have 2 machines, my fastest, I will brag about...
I have an AMD 64 3200+ with an optimized client that does one unit in about 90 minutes.
I have an Intel P4D 840EE with an optimized client that does 4 units, at the same time, in about 90 minutes. This is a dual core with HT on each core.
