Data Acquisition Status
Disabled: We are currently turned off at Arecibo Observatory. This may be due to hardware maintenance or another project at the Observatory is transmitting (and we are purposefully shut off to avoid aquisition of data contaminated with large bursts of radio frequency interference).

I think the aliens read some of these message boards and decided to turn of everything we might detect. That proves that they are in fact intelligent.
