I have been running BOINC with Seti@Home for a couple of days now,my SAH classic seemed to have commited suicide (Unknown Fatal Error 1).

I have completed about 3-4 units so far but no credit has appeared on my user page and the pending credit section seems to have been temporarily shut down.

I was wondering if anyone out there can shed any light on my missing credit.

It isn't missing, it is pending. They just shut off the web page that shows the pending credit in an effort to increase server performance. It will most likely be turned back on once they get some things more optimized. Credit for a work unit doesn't go from 'pending' to 'granted' until at least 3 results have been returned for that work unit. Normally this should only take a couple of days but with all the bugs still being worked out of the system, it could take a while for any given work unit. Just keep crunching and the credit will appear.

To get credits, your claimed credits must be compared to the claimed credits of 2 other PC's. As long there are no 2 other claimed credits for the same WU, credits cannot be granted.
There is also a deadline of reporting of 14 days for each WU.
In normal condition, credits are awarded between some 5 to 10 days, depending on the speed of processing of the 2 other PC's as well as on the time of reporting the results for it, but it can take up to 14 days at maximum in normal conditions.
