alright, i'm wondering if theres any way to convert SETI@HOME to sound instead of just image, i'm sure its been asked but i am also wondering if anyone remembers seeing an image (no its not on this forum or anything) that was sent into space with raised (i believe radio) bumps of a human form that was sent back to us with the image modified with something resembling a spiral around the human image, i'm looking for this picture, i dont remember where i saw it or everything that was on it, do any of you have it or know where it is? Do you mean you want to hear the signals you're processing? It wouldn't sound pretty, (random noise) and you'd need to add some DSP to bring the signals down to an audible range for the human ear. ID: 166902 · |

It wouldn't sound pretty, (random noise) and you'd need to add some DSP to bring the signals down to an audible range for the human ear. yeah but is there any way, and thank you Roswitha thats the image i was looking for and the one that i saw long ago must have been a hoax saying it was sent back, i guarantee it hasn't been 25K years sense i've seen it lol ID: 167051 · |

Amazing how it sounds just like "White Noise". So if you want to hear what they all pretty much sound like... Just tune your TV to an unused channel, turn up the volume and enjoy. -.Mr. anon ID: 167184 · |
