Is there a problem with the BOINC validation / credit process?

I have a machine that has completed several work units on the BOINC platform, but doesn't seen to have been credited anything past 966.53.

I'm wondering, because of a post you guys (SETI/BOINC folks) made a few days ago (July 17, 2004) on the STEI@home BOINC page concerning a similar / related problem.

Anyway, I was wondering if it's related to the snafu over the weekend (July 17 - 18), and if there is a fix.

Berkeley added yet another transitioner to try to keep up with the load of returned results.

I saw their posts concerning the transitioners (and other equipment), but the credit situation seems "uneven", meaning that WU credit "appears" to be updated for some, and not for others.

Case in point: While visiting the stats section, some users last completed units are on 20 July, while it's been days for others (including myself). And I can't help but wonder if there is some greater problem.

At the very least it would help if the pending credit links were enabled, that would offer some assurance. On the other hand, if WUs are being lost, BOINC has a bigger problem than they know.

I initally posted the question, hoping for one of the BOINC techs to notice. Hopefully the question hasn't fallen on deaf ears (or dead computers, as it were).

Thanks for the reply in any case.

THere will not be an order to the validation of units cause it requires 3 clients to crunch it before it can get validated as completed and posted to ur acct...

Be sure, your credits are not lost.

If you go to "Your account" you will see that your credtis are still there.

Using the GUI, the credit numbers just seems to be 0, but this is just because the client can not logon to the server.
Once the connection can be made again, your credits will appear again in the GUI.

Greetings from Belgium.
