One enhancement that would be of great use is to split the scheduler on galileo into two.
One for uploading and the other for downloading.
That way, you could suspend or throttle back outgoing data if the system gets too overloaded with data. Allowing the system to catch up.

Does anyone have an answer for this enhancement? I asked this 135 days ago and not had a reply.

The upload and download servers are split. I am unsure what xml file to look at, but it tells what server to use for upload and what to use for download.
