Don't know about this Boinc thing that I installed recently but my computer keeps getting the same reply back: No work available. :-(

I noticed that someone suggested changing a url - but how does this work? I mean, which url do I change? No computer wizard as you may have guessed.

By the way, the good old SETI software still works no problem.

thanks in advance.

If the client is returning "No Work" you have it all set up right and the problem is not so much your end... but the fact that there are no work units ready to send out to you on the server.

In the forums the developers have told us about the significant increase in work units load over the past 2 weeks, and they are allocating equipment to try and keep up. The client will retry periodically (typically hourly) to reconnect and get work units.

Set your preferences to store say 2-3 days worth of work units (if you set it TOO big you wont get credit, too small you will only keep 1 work unit)... and that should keep you going most of the time. Otherwise just wait it out like the rest of us.

Hope this has been helpful.
