Since upgrading to new boinc manager sometimes the screen saver does not relinquish the screen; forcing a reboot of windows xp home (fully updated). The machine has not crashed, mouse active, keyboard active, but cannot switch display; even alt-tab does not work (AMD Athlon 3000, 512MB, ATI radeon 9200,etc.)

ATIs and Boinc screen saver do not seem to get along very well. Recommend you not use the screen saver.....

I have found that (on XP Pro) Ctrl - Alt - Del is sometimes needed to get its attention.
