Im used to the old seti@home screen saver, you know the one with the radio freqs visualised, and thats what im interested in primarily. How do I get that going on and what else can I use the Bionic for, I am havin trouble finding solid answers for these Qs.

In Seti BOINC you also can use a screensaver.

You can find a fine explanation of Boinc and Seti BOINC in BOINC Wiki.

BTW it's called B O I N C, not Bionic.
