Okay, currently I turn off the old version when running my EverCrack or my kid's graphics-intensive games. (The learning stuff, as it happens; Disney's Winnie the Pooh Preschool, say.) If I don't turn it off, it does horrible skips in the music and graphics on such things, and creates little lags.
