What client is the best on Mandrake 10.0.
Any ideas, Remember I'm Linux green |;-).
I don't really mean to be a pain but this is a new frontier for Me.
My parts will be in about a week......HA HA HAHAHAHAHAhahahKRAP, }:-p .

Look up Ned Slider's optimised clients. He's got good installation instructions and you choose whichever optimised client depending on what CPU you run.

for details of almost everything Boinc, s@h, and others.

You can use a command line to start Boinc or to set it for automatically starting. You can also set up everything via one of the desktops (KDE or Gnome for example), but learning the command line stuff is simple and more useful.

And then there's add-on apps to let you see what is happening. I'll let others enthuse on what and how ;)
