Are you running multiple projects?

If so, then the Seti project might not get more work until other projects have a chance to crunch a few units.

A request for 0 seconds of work is caused by one of three things:

1) A host that is overloaded and won't ask for work from any project.

2) A project that has enough work on a host that has enough work.

3) A project that has borrowed CPU time to make a deadline. It is now time for other projects to get work.

4.45 has a bug where a key array is not cleared out correctly each hour. In order to get projects with extremely low LT debts to come back, it may be nessecary to shutdown BOINC and restart it (or if you are adventurous, use 4.72 which seems to have fixed the problem, but please note that as an Alpha test release, it carries a higher risk of bugs).

Thank You John

I have also found that by using Ned Sliders Optimzed (4.27 Core Client) it does not appear to have the bug... The end of weeks of agravation....

4.27 isn't using the new scheduler...
