I have recently downloaded BOINC 3.20 and SETI project on 2 computers. One is Win95 one is Win98, both have lost CTL+ALT+DEL. Both are running WU's fine, uploading, downloading, etc. (though they do have a habit of ignoring any preference settings) This function I use regularly on older set to clean up background when I run some other programs. Anybody had this problem? Is there a solution or a way to determine if BOINC is culprit (I have not done uninstall/reinstall route yet - trying to avoid that)
