I run Seti Classic as well as Boinc. But since a few days ago the Seti project on Boinc stalls when running Seti Classic at the same time. When I exit Seti Classic the "CPU time" and "Progress" start running again, but as soon as I restart Seti Classic, Seti Boinc stalls again. The other Boinc projects don't have this problem and neither did Seti Boinc until a few days ago.

Classic is closing, so there really is no point to running it.

Classic runs at a higher priority than Seti with BOINC, so if you run the two together, Classic gets all the CPU time.
