I just installed this new program and created a account. When I first run it I pasted the url and id.
The program says the url is not right. What do I do about that.My account is active because I checked it. My firewall is set to let bionic thru.Any help is appreciated.

Make sure that you don't have any spaces in the URL (especially at the end) when you copied and pasted it. Hopefully that's all the problem is. Just in case, here's the URL again:

I have the same problem. Just tried the URL, with no luck. Any ideas?

Thanks.

Look for proxy/firewall settings problems. NIS specifically has been reported to have problems with CCv3.20. These errors come up when there is a connectivity issue as well as if the URL is incorrect.
