Up to now I made the following when passing from Classic to BOINC with a workstation: - Stopped and deactivated Seti@home (classic) - install BOINC and attached to Seti - copied the respective Tetsui-file into the project's directory. With the consequence, that the first few WUs got a "client error", as BOINC had downloaded them under 4.18 but the optimized client meanwhile copied contains "4.11". Any idea how to proceed to not loose those first units? (In fact it doesn't matter much any more - I have nearly all puters on BOINC now...) :-)= Greybeard All about BOINC: BOINC-Wiki (by Paul D. If you look in one of the recent YAOSCW threads, you will find mention of how to tweak the app_info.xml file to allow already downloaded work to be completed. |
