Hi, quick question about how teams work. If I join a team, will my personal stats continue to be updated for every work unit I process and it will also show how much the team together has processed or is it the case that my personal stats get "frozen" and only team stats get updated from then on? Thanks!

if you join, both team stats and your stats get updated so say if you have 100cs and then join a group 2 years later you will not have 100cs because you joined a group you will have maybe 100,000cs but it will also be counted in the teams total credit.
Good luck

Personal stats are always updated whether you are a member of a team or not. The team only gets credit for work done while you are a member of the team. If you leave this credit stays with the team, but your personal stats are always yours.
