In my prefs I said I wanted 30 days worth of files on my disk but it only downloaded 2. Have I done something wrong?

You should never have more work in your queue that can be processed in more than two weeks. If you attempt to turn in a result after two weeks you will get no credit. Under the "work" tab there is a "report deadline" column that tells you when the result is due by.

Help us help you:

Did it download two days worth or two work units?

What messages do you get when it won't download more work units?

What are the "to completion" times on the work units you did get?

It downloaded 2 units

I didn't get any message, it just downloaded the 2 units and didn't try to d/l anymore

The to completion time is 3:07:09

Thanks,

John
