You can't delete a computer from your profile until all of the WUs have been processed (ie granted credit) and purged from the system. The fact that this computer is no longer producing credit WILL reduce your overall RAC (because you can produce fewer units/day), but it will re stabilize at the RAC for your remaining computer. Your RAC will be dropping right now regardless, however because SETI has been unable to u/l and d/l work for the past couple days. This number will probably jump one the validator starts being able to work through the units and then return to a normal value.... |

To delete a host (computer), you have to wait until all of the results listed under that computer have been deleted (usually two weeks after credit has been awarded and the deadline has passed). https://youtu.be/iY57ErBkFFE #Texit Don't blame me, I voted for Johnson(L) in 2016. Truth is dangerous... especially when it challenges those in power. |

i don't understand what's going on here.. Is that host still attempting to return WUs? I mean do you seem them on your puter? I don't think you have a problem. If you look at the Seti RAC Recent Average Credit. You'll notice that between 21 and 26 days ago the graph went sideways. I believe that was a period when the "Validators" were OFFLINE, so you didn't see a continued rise. Then they started up and you see the jump up to the peak 16 or 17 days ago. Since the RAC is a weighted average, Your RAC continued to drop back to normal levels. Then 7 days ago something went wrong at Berkeley and they weren't getting out uploaded work. So, that Caused yours (and everyone elses) RAC to drop right on off until today. Tonite they added a new server to help people get their WUs uploaded to Berkeley, then your RAC will spike back up again (assuming you have WUs to upload), then drop back to normal. tony |

You have also changed from doing SETI@Home work to doing Einstein@Home work. as one graph is going down the other is rising. BUt the others are right. Part of the problem is that work for SETI@Home has been "bottlenecked" and as your numbers are dependent on returing work, well, your numbers will be lower at the moment. In my case, I have been doing work for all of the projects and so, my basic numbers for the day by day have been continuing to rise. But, only a little bit of my SETI@Home work has been getting through. About 300-400 cobblestones a day. But I built up to about 70-90 results pending upload (that number is down below 40 now) so I should see a pretty good spike. It is easy to forget the delays in getting numbers. I just added a new computer and could not understand why my daily numbers were not where I expected them to be... well, it has been a week now, and the numbers started rising a few days ago ... so ... be patient ... :) |
