Since I have installed the 3.2 My seti WU have been finished in under 3 mnts, However my predictor work unit continue to behave nicly.

What is the problem?

My guess is you have recieved some WU's with noise that seti does not bother to calculate, there for completes the WU early.

Just a guess though.

It's most likely noise, as Underground Tech said. If that's all it is, that's completely normal. There is also the possibility that it's corrupting the wu, but with the ability to see them online currently disabled it's much harder to figure out if that the case.

Look through your log and see what message is being reported at the completion of the work unit, and if it looks abnormal we can dig a bit deeper and try to find out what's really happening.
