I just transferrred from Seti to Boinc. Ever since I did that Ihave been having problems with file sharing mainly with WINMX. It seems that no one can cannot to me or me to them until I exit BOINC. Any help would be appreciated.

What priority is WINMX running at? If it is running at low priority or lower, that could be the problem.
