I have been a SETI@home participant for over 2 years. I cannot access my account using any of my email addresses. I have completed over 2,850 units with over 22,000 hours of computer time (mostly on my personal computer at home). The account is NMLIZARDMAN (which is apparently no longer valid since I was able to create another account using this name). Please update this account to reflect the correct information (correct joining date, units completed, and computer time). Thank you, Gecko ~~~}={-:> |

Hello and welcome to Boinc, NMLIZARDMAN! Names are not that relevant here, as you are identified by your account ID (and cross-project-IDs, and short project IDs as well ;) Mine is the only one AFAIK, but I just searched for a "Dunc", and got at least 30 back. If you want to connect the missing data from classic to Boinc, you have to go here, and fill in the forms. Gruesse vom Saenger For questions about Boinc look in the BOINC-Wiki |

I have the same issue as NMLIZARDMAN and went to the page. It can't find me. Is there anything anyone else or reference to read to get my account updated? |

Any classic account created after about March 15 2005 will not be found in the BOINC system. Make very certain that the classic and BOINC accounts have exactly the same email address in this case. If the account is older than March 15th, you can use either the classic email address or the classic password to do the connection. If you have neither of these, you can appeal to David Anderson with proof that you own the account, and he may evantually get around to sending you an update. BOINC WIKI |
