You need to download a seti app (listed on the third party site (http://boinc.berkeley.edu/download_other.php) and make app_info.xml.
In app_info.xml will the thrid party app registered.
Have a search in this forum, this issue was dicsussed a lot in this forum. Or have a look at www.boinc-doc.net.
