when I activated, I used the account ID I was sent. YET the date I started...does not say Thur Jan 24 2002....it says July 2004 and no credit for the 24,777 Hours on the :classic" system?????

It looks like you hit the create a new account link rather than the activate ole account link. You need to change your email for the account that you created, and then activate your S@H1 account.
