New "gates" splitter

We're sure people will ask about the name so let's nip this in the bud. ... instead of waiting for the powers that be to grant us a new IP address, we simply shut down (an unused PC called "gates") and reused its address. I think I'd rather believe the splitter was named after Gates McFadden. Help and BOINC documentation is available here. ID: 129329 ·
