Hi, I just transferred 15 completed WUs. However, they do not show up in my computers statistics ( http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/results.php?hostid=638749 ). Are they completely lost or can they be regained when the servers will be restarted? |

There are 3 steps to returning work: 1) upload the results to Berkeley 2) Report the Wu as being uploaded (Project update, either manual or automatic) 3) give Berkeley some time to display them on your "Results" page. This being said, which part are you having trouble with? tony |

Hi, Hi! When WUs are uploaded they are not shown in your list. You have to report them first. |

There are 3 steps to returning work: Hi tony, I am stuck with step 3. I manually updated SETI@Home. My client reported "scheduler request to ... succeeded" and the finished WUs dissapeared from my client's work-tab. Usually the reported WUs appear immediately in the computer's stats. Rayburner: I know that. When you look at my signature you can see that I participate in SETI@Home since 1999 and in E@H since the beta-phase. |

I Don't know the exact process behind the scenes, or how long it takes, but if you did everything you said, then Berkeley has them. I hear the validator is down, and that may be slowing down things. Check back tommorrow and see if they show up. I guess, just be patient, is my advice, since there's nothing you can do at this point. tony |

Yes, the validator is down atm, so they won't show up on your stats until the validator is back up and has caught up with any backlog. Ned *** My Guide to Compiling Optimised BOINC and SETI Clients *** *** Download Optimised BOINC and SETI Clients for Linux Here *** |

But they should show up as reported and pending ... I just checked and my last one reported about 2 hours ago is in the list and pending. The transitioner is up, so that part is working ... we just won't see granted credit for a bit ... |

Things are getting really weird now! I just checked my second computer. The computer stats page ( http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/results.php?userid=65848 ) shows 30 WUs in progress while my client only shows 7. Even more mysterious: The "time sent" falls in at least 4 cases into a timeframe where my computer was shut-off! |
